Hemp Processing is an invaluable service to our customers. By taking the time to clean hemp biomass of excess seed, sticks and stems, we produce the best-concentrated material from a given crop. This will reduce extraction time and expense, while making the extraction process more efficient.
The System
Our hemp processing equipment uses a conveyor to feed the screener, aspirator, and bud buster. The hemp is separated into flower, seed, and sticks and stems. The kief is caught with a filter bag. Product loss is negligible.
The system itself is able to process 1,000 lbs per hour.
